Secondo il Talmud, Gesù è immerso, per l’eternità, in escrementi in ebollizione

Il Talmud impregna profondamente la vita ebraica, ivi compresi gli aspetti materiali dell’esistenza quotidiana. È la trascrizione della tradizione orale ebraica. Opera fondamentale del giudaismo, esso è destinato a servire da codice del diritto canonico e del diritto civile.

Gli ebrei si lamentano spesso dell’immagine che danno di loro il Vangelo o la dottrina cristiana. Ma quale immagine si trova, per esempio, di Gesù Cristo nel Talmud?

Questa immagine è atroce. La sola descrizione della sorte riservata a Gesù dopo la sua morte fornisce un esempio di cosa il Talmud racconti del “falso Messia”:

[Nel primo secolo D.C., un certo] Onkelos, figlio di Kalonikos era il figlio della sorella di Tito. Egli aveva intenzione di convertirsi alla religione ebraica. Egli andò ad evocare Tito dal mondo dei defunti con le arti magiche, e gli chiese: Chi è tenuto in maggiore considerazione [nell’altro mondo]? Egli rispose: Israele. [...] Gli chiese: Quale è la tua punizione [nell’altro mondo]? Egli rispose: Ciò che ho decretato per me stesso. Ogni giorno le mie ceneri vengono raccolte e viene pronunciata una sentenza nei miei confronti ed io vengo bruciato e le mie ceneri vengono sparse sui sette mari. Poi andò ad evocare Balaam con la magia. Gli chiese: Chi è tenuto in considerazione nell’altro mondo? Egli rispose: Israele [...] Poi gli chiese: Quale è la tua punizione? Egli rispose: Con lo sperma bollente. Poi andò ad evocare con la magia i peccatori d’Israele [o, come affermato in una nota che si riferisce ai codici di Monaco del Talmud, soltanto Gesù] Egli chiese loro: Chi è tenuto in considerazione nell’altro mondo? Essi risposero: Israele. Che ne direste di unirvi a loro? Essi risposero: Ricerca il loro benessere, non cercare di fare loro del male. Chiunque li tocchi tocca la pupilla dei propri occhi. Egli disse: Quale è la vostra punizione? Essi risposero: Con escrementi bollenti, poiché un Maestro ha detto: Chiunque si faccia beffe delle parole dei Saggi è punito con escrementi bollenti” [tradotto dall’inglese].

Spiegazione: ho redatto questo testo per l’avvocato di Marcel Junin, professore in congedo dall’insegnamento cattolico in Francia. In una lettera a Sud-Ouest, il Sig. Junin aveva, in termini moderati, espresso il suo disaccordo con Monsignor Eyt, arcivescovo di Bordeaux, che, in una conferenza, aveva detto che solo i Romani erano stati responsabili della morte di Gesù. Il rabbino capo di Bordeaux è intervenuto per dire che gli ebrei non avevano alcuna responsabilità nella morte di Gesù, visto che il racconto evangelico su questo punto era infarcito d’inverosimiglianze. La LICRA (Ligue internationale contre le racisme et l’antisémitisme) ha sporto querela in tribunale contro il Sig. Junin. In prima istanza, quest’ultimo è stato assolto, ma la LICRA ha interposto appello. L’appello è stato sostenuto ad Agen. La sentenza sarà emessa il 12 giugno. L’avvocato è pessimista. [In appello, il Sig. Junin è stato infine condannato a pagare un’ammenda (con la condizionale), i danni e relativi interessi e le spese giudiziarie.] È ad Arthur Butz che devo testi e riferimenti. Pare che nelle versioni attuali, salvo le versioni in ebraico, il Talmud sia comunemente falsificato. Selon le Talmud, Jésus est, pour l'éternité, plongé dans des excréments en ébullition

Le Talmud imprègne profondément la vie juive, y compris dans les aspects matériels de l'existence quotidienne. Il est la transcription de la tradition orale juive. Ouvrage fondamental du judaïsme, il est destiné à servir de code du droit canonique et, aussi, du droit civil.

Les juifs se plaignent souvent de l'image que donnent d'eux à la fois l'Évangile et la doctrine chrétienne. Mais quelle image trouve-t-on, par exemple, de Jésus Christ dans le Talmud ?

Cette image est atroce. A lui seul, le sort réservé à Jésus après sa mort fournit un exemple de ce que le Talmud raconte sur le « faux Messie » :

Au premier siècle de notre ère, [dit le Talmud] un certain Onkelos, fils de Kalonikos [ou Kolonikos] et de la sœur de l'empereur Titus, envisagea de se convertir au judaïsme. En conséquence il décida d'évoquer par la nécromancie les ombres de trois ennemis jurés des juifs : Titus, Balaam et Jésus. Titus avait ruiné Jérusalem en l'an 70 ; Balaam avait été un prophète mésopotamien envoyé par le roi Moab pour maudire les Hébreux ; Jésus avait été un « faux Messie ».

Aux trois, Onkelos posa la même question : « Qui, dans l'autre monde, est tenu dans la plus haute estime ? » Tous trois répondirent : « Israël. » Et Jésus, pour sa part, conseilla à Onkelos, à propos des juifs : « Recherche leur bien-être, ne cherche pas à leur faire de mal. Quiconque les touche touche à la prunelle de ses yeux. »

Puis, à chacun des trois, Onkelos posa une autre question : « Quelle est votre punition ? »

– Titus lui répondit que, chaque jour, ses cendres étaient rassemblées, faisaient l'objet d'une condamnation, étaient brûlées à nouveau et, enfin, répandues sur les sept mers.

– Balaam lui répondit qu'il était plongé dans du sperme en ébullition.

– Jésus, pour sa part, lui répondit qu'il était plongé dans des excréments en ébullition.

Explication : j’ai rédigé ce texte pour l’avocat de Marcel Junin, professeur retraité de l’enseignement catholique. Dans une lettre à Sud-Ouest, M. Junin avait, en termes modérés, exprimé son désaccord avec Mgr Eyt, archevêque de Bordeaux, qui, dans une conférence, avait dit que seuls les Romains avaient été les responsables de la mort de Jésus. Le grand rabbin de Bordeaux est intervenu pour dire que les juifs n’avaient aucune responsabilité dans la mort de Jésus, vu que le récit évangélique était sur ce point truffé d’invraisemblances. La LICRA a porté plainte en justice contre M. Junin. En première instance, ce dernier a été acquitté mais la LICRA a interjeté appel. L’appel a été plaidé à Agen. L’arrêt sera rendu le 12 juin. L’avocat est pessimiste. [En appel, M. Junin a été finalement condamné à payer amende (avec sursis), dommages-intérêts et frais de justice.]

According to the Talmud, Jesus is plunged for eternity in boiling hot excrement

The Talmud greatly permeates Jewish life, including the material aspects of everyday existence. It is the transcription of the Jewish oral tradition. A fundamental work of Judaism, it is meant to serve as a code of canon law and civil law.

The Jews often complain of their portrayal as given by either the Gospels or Christian doctrine. But what image is to be found, for instance, of Jesus Christ in the Talmud?

That image is an atrocious one. All by itself, the fate reserved for Jesus after his death shows what the Talmudists think of the “false Messiah” for, in a chapter dealing with him and two other sworn enemies of the Jews (the emperor Titus, destroyer of Jerusalem in 70 AD, and the Mesopotamian prophet Balaam, who had cursed the Hebrews at the behest of king Moab), one may read:

[In the first century AD, a certain] Onkelos son of Kolonikos was the son of Titus’s sister. He had a mind to convert himself to Judaism. He went and raised Titus from the dead by magical arts, and asked him: Who is most in repute in the [other] world? He replied: Israel. […] He asked him: What is your punishment [in the other world]? He replied: What I decreed for myself. Every day my ashes are collected and sentence is passed on me and I am burnt and my ashes scattered over the seven seas. He then went and raised Balaam by incantations. He asked him: Who is in repute in the other world? He replied: Israel. […] He then asked: What is your punishment? He replied: With boiling hot semen. He then went and raised by incantations the sinners of Israel [or, as stated in a note referring to the Munich codex of the Talmud, Jesus alone]. He asked them: Who is in repute in the other world? They replied: Israel. What about joining them? They replied: Seek their welfare, seek not their harm. Whoever touches them touches the apple of his eye. He said: What is your punishment? They replied: With boiling hot excrement, since a Master has said: Whoever mocks at the words of the Sages is punished with boiling hot excrement.

Explanation: I drafted this text for the barrister of Marcel Junin, a retired professor in the Catholic education system in France. In a letter to the daily Sud-Ouest, Mr Junin had, in moderate terms, expressed his disagreement with Mgr Eyt, Archbishop of Bordeaux, who, in a conference, had stated that the Romans alone were responsible for the death of Jesus. The chief rabbi of Bordeaux intervened to say that the Jews had borne no responsibility in Jesus’s death, seeing as the Gospel account was, on that point, riddled with implausibilities. The LICRA (“International league against racism and antisemitism”) brought charges against Mr Junin who, in first instance, was acquitted but the LICRA appealed. The appeal was heard in Agen, where the decision will be handed down on June 12. The barrister is pessimistic. [The court of appeal found Mr Junin guilty of incitement to racial or religious hatred, imposing a fine (suspended) and ordering him to pay damages and costs.]
